OT Allocation & Booking
A senior OT is matched to your needs and a telehealth video call is booked.
Timeframe: OT allocated within 48 hours; assessment booked within 7–14 days.
Attending Your Assessment
Join your secure telehealth video call — no downloads required.
Duration:Â Up to 2 hours, depending on complexity.
Report Writing & Peer Review
Your senior OT completes the report, then a second senior OT peer-review ensures quality.
Timeframe: Reports delivered in 10–14 business daysÂ

Your final NDIA-ready report is securely sent to you for plan review or submission.
